Flexibility: Upper Trapezius
Gently grasp right side of hear while reaching behind back with right hand. Gently pull head toward left knee so stretch is felt in right shoulder and neck.

Hold 15 seconds.

Repeat on other side.

  • Repeat 2-3 times per set.
  • Do 2-3 sets per session.
  • Do 1-2 sessions per day.
