Knee-to-Chest Stretch: Unilateral

Upper Trapezius
Knee-to-Chest Stretch: Unilateral
With hand behind right knee, pull knee in to chest until a comfortable stretch is felt in lower back and buttocks. Keep back relaxed.

Hold 15 seconds.

Now pull knee towards opposite shoulder to feel the stretch in the back of the right hip.

Hold 15 seconds. Repeat for left leg.

  • Repeat 3 times per set.
  • Do 2-3 sets per session.
  • Do 1-2 sessions per day.
