Psoas Stretch
Left knee behind on chair, gently lower body by going into a slight lunge with the right leg forward. Keep back straight, pelvis and shoulders should be kept square. Relax and repeat for the other side.

Hold 10 - 15 seconds.


  • Repeat 3 times per set.
  • Do 2-3 sets per session.
  • Do 1-2 sessions per day.
